EG completes the acquisition of Jydacom, TRYGG/2000 and Alystra

Copenhagen, 1 December 2021 - Today EG completed the acquisition of the software businesses Jydacom, TRYGG/2000 and Alystra from a Nordic software and services company TietoEVRY.

"With this acquisition we strengthen our position on the Nordic market within three of our key verticals, enabling us to serve our customers even better with a comprehensive portfolio of industry specific software across the Nordics", says CEO Mikkel Bardram, EG.

Jydacom offers software for the construction industry including cost estimation, production, project control, financial administration, payroll, government declarations and expense management.

TRYGG/2000 is a flexible and scalable software primarily used by a large number of the major building material retail chains in Sweden. The ERP solution supports the value chain from orders, logistics, purchasing, and e-commerce to mobile solutions.

Alystra is a Transport Management System used by Swedish freight forwarders. The TMS-system handles transport planning, routing, pricing, and invoicing.

The agreement to acquire the three businesses from TietoEVRY was signed on 13 October 2021 and the deal closed on 1 December 2021 as planned.
